Stack Mold

A mold with two moving cores driven by gears around a fixed mold plate. Two parting planes produce twice the output of a conventional mold in a single molding cycle.

• Molds two or more products in the same cycle time
• Works with existing injection machines without modification
• Can be operated regardless of operator experience

MCI (Multi Component Injection)

A two-component injection mold using two resin types or colors. The second resin fills the space between the first molded part and the second cavity.

Gas Assisted Injection

This process uses the tendency of nitrogen gas to flow through areas of lower resistance. Gas is injected with resin into thicker sections and internal pressure is controlled to reduce part distortion and weight.

Glass Insert

A mold that inserts glass into the center of a product, commonly used for shelves and other interior components in premium refrigerators. Glass of different thicknesses, such as 3 mm and 4 mm, can be molded without changing the core.
